NEW LINE: designer makeup for Target

Nylon Mag has just revealed the new makeup line for target! I'm assuming it is going to work out just like the international designers offer their clothing lines at target except NOW... they will offer their MAKE-UP lines at TARGET!! Target is the most brilliant place to shop these days....
