Crazy. Wild. Cupcakes.

My brother and his girlfriend made cupcakes this weekend and I just observed because I'm really sick and pretty sure people don't like boogers or coughing germs in their cupcakes. Well, apparently if you divide the bater, put different food coloring in each one and then layer the colors in the cupcake baking sheet, you get RAINBOW CUPCAKES! It blew my mind, I ate one with ice cream and it was crazy good! But lets get real here... it's January 23rd, that's 22 more days until Valentine's Day. Me, myself am not a big fan of Valentine's day unless it involves some cheap wine and home-made meals. I do like the teddy bears and the colorful flowers and all the cute heart things and the red and the pink, but I don't like the importance it plays in some relationships or the expensive gifts or the crowded restaurants.
