Virtual-ness

As many of you can already tell, I love the virtual world. Nowadays, it's simple to mimic the real world in virtual world, which is something I also SUPER love. So, just like the real world, I have decided to have yet ANOTHER virtual garage sale. I go through phases where I start realizing that I have too many clothes, for nothing, because a lot of my stuff I don't use… like, EVER! Which is why I decided to start putting my stuff up for sale online. Months ago I had a blog sale and this time I decided to take it to the official Monikapolitan eBay. We're on a boat!

This weekend, my dad, brothers and I threw a SURPRISE retirement party for my mom… ON A BOAT! It was hard keeping it a secret from my best friend for a month, but I managed to get by. She had no idea, started crying, then we put her on the party boat with 50+ of her closest family and friends. The Boat party went on for a few hrs, then we gathered at the RV park for an after party that went on till 4am. My family doesn’t mess around. Thanks to everyone who joined us or helped put it together and super special thanks to CAPTAIN MURPHY'S ISLA TOURS for renting out the best party boat on South Padre Island! It was perfect. The 80/20 Rule

Once upon a time, in a forgotten land, I went to a "Native American" themed flea market and bought magical gemstones, rocks and arrowheads… then I misplaced them. Then I found them. So I decided to put them to good use and unleash my hand-making jewelry skills. I always get attached to the things I make and these are no different! Explosions In The Sky...

Incase you haven't read our twitter or facebook updates, the INDEPENDENCE SALE at Monikapolitan.com has been extended until tomorrow… because I don't know about you, but I was way to busy celebrating America to shop online. Anywayz, the night before I felt really patriotic and decided to paint swag bags to look like American flags. I'm giving 2 stuffed swag bags away to some lucky winners, but I also decided to give some to my closest bffs at a 4th of July pool party. They were a great hit but I'm just happy I got to see fireworks followed by a bloody mary. The entire day/night was perfect...
